Nalgonda: Call to root out the corruption from society

Nalgonda: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Circle Inspector, Venkat Rao, stated that everyone should take active part in uprooting the corruption from the society.

On Friday, he participated as chief guest for a programme 'Eradication of Corruption from the Society' organised on the campus of the Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) at Anneparthy in Nalgonda mandal.

Addressing the NSS volunteers of the MGU, the CI stated that every citizen should think in their own way of making society corruption free. Eradication of corruption should not be confirmed to slogans only, he opined.

In this programme, NSS volunteers and programme officers took part. MGU's NSS coordinator Domala Ramesh informed that an essay competition on anti-corruption was conducted prior to the programme.

NSS programme officers' Dr Macchender, L Madhu, Harikishan Rao and staff of Nalgonda ACB office were present.
