Nalgonda: Stone laid for the auditorium in Government Degree College for Women

Nalgonda: State Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy stated that the State government was taking all measures to provide necessary infrastructure for the education sector in the State. On Wednesday, along with Zilla Parishad Chairman Banda Narender Reddy and MLA Bhupal Reddy, Gutha laid foundation stone for the construction of an auditorium with an estimated cost of Rs 25 lakh in the Government Degree College for Women in Nalgonda. The funds were sanctioned by him under MPLADS earlier. Similarly, he also laid foundation stone for additional rooms with an estimated cost of Rs 24 Lakh on first floor of the district library building.

Speaking on these occasions, he said the State government established government residential schools to provide quality education to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Minority students on par with students of corporate schools.

Construction of additional rooms on the first floor of Nalgonda district library building was taken up to provide sufficient space for the readers, especially for the unemployed youth to read books and newspapers and get successful in competitive exams.
