Nama Nageswara Rao hails new Municipal Bill

Khammam: TRS MP Nama Nageswara Rao on Thursday termed the Telangana Municipal Bill that was passed by the State Assembly as the role model in the country and extended special thanks to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for the initiative.

He was speaking to media persons over phone from Delhi. He explained the benefits of the bill and also recalled that the State Cabinet approved the old age pension age to 57 years.

Nageswara Rao informed that he met the South Central Railway officials for the restoration of the trains which had stopped services recently in Kazipet, Secunderabad, Vijayawada, and Kothagudem, and Manuguru.

He told the officials that due to stoppage of the train services the district people are facing a lot of troubles.

He said due to absence of Dornakal- Bhadrachalam passenger train people are going through a lot of problems in reaching their destinations.
