Nama promises to see project works pick up pace in Khammam
Khammam: Khammam MP-elect Nama Nageswara Rao thanked the people of Khammam district for choosing him as their representative in the Parliament. He said that he would fulfill all his promises and work towards the development of Khammam district in the next five years.
Nama also thanked Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and the party cadre for their support during the elections. He said that he would implement the welfare schemes introduced by KCR in the district.
He added that several developmental projects, including Sita Rama Lift Irrigation project, will help the farmlands of Khammam thrive and turn the whole district green in the next five years.
In the press meet held on Friday, Nama thanked MLAs and senior leaders of Khammam district who supported him in the election and bag the seat with a huge majority.
