Narsampet: BJP calls to end KCR rule
Narsampet (Warangal Rural): It needs yet another agitation to end the autocratic rule of K Chandrashekar Rao, former MLA and BJP leader Revuri Prakash Reddy said.
Speaking at a meeting in Deekshakunta village under Nekkonda mandal on Tuesday, he criticised the TRS government for its anti-people policies. "It took the whole Telangana people to gird up their loins to achieve separate statehood. The people need to show the same spirit to end the rule of KCR who pushed the State into the debt trap," Revuri said.
The farmers are in dire straits due to extended monsoon that took toll on standing crops such as cotton and paddy. Despite this, the State government is yet to start enumeration of losses incurred by the farmers, he said.
Referring to the ongoing TSRTC strike, Revuri found fault with KCR for not being sensitive towards the 48,000 odd employees' problems. Moreover, the government claims that it was operating 100 per cent buses in the State, which is ridiculous, he said.
"It's surprising to see the government's efforts to misguide the court by submitting concocted reports to it," Revuri said. Holding the State Government responsible for the suicides of RTC employees, he demanded KCR to fulfill the justifiable demands of the employees.
