National Sports Day celebrated in Khammam

Khammam: Zilla Parishad Chairman L Kamal Raju stated that the State government was providing all facilities for the growth of sports and games in the State. On Thursday, he attended a programme organised by the District Youth and Sports department in Khammam on the occasion of National Sports Day.

Speaking on the occasion, he advised the sportspersons to strive to achieve their goals, and added that more funds would be allocated from ZP funds for the development of sports and games in the district.

Khammam Mayor Papalal, Deputy Mayor B Murali, District Sports Officer Parandhama Reddy, Nehru Yuva Kendram coordinator Rajasekhar, coach MD Akbar Ali, Paripurna Chary, MD Mathin Ram Royal, Suresh, Govinda Reddy and other staff attended the programme.
