Nigerian arrested for peddling cocaine
Hyderabad: The Excise Enforcement sleuths on Tuesday arrested a Nigerian national on charge of drug trafficking charge in the city.
According to the Excise sleuths, acting on reliable information regarding illegal sale and possession of cocaine by a Nigerian, during the patrolling they nabbed the accused at Lakdikapul X Road.
The accused Suleman Ibrahim Hassan ,27, who resides in Mumbai, during inquiry revealed that he was selling cocaine on behalf of his master whose name is known to him as SK alias Chuks.
He further disclosed that SK runs the cocaine trafficking business in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad by sending his agents to handover the drug to needy customers.
The Excise sleuths seized 6 grams of cocaine and a mobile phone from his possession.
The accused, the original case papers and seized contraband and drawn samples handed over to SHO Prohibition and Excise Station, Nampally, for further action.
