Nizamabad: Yoga part of healthy lifestyle

Nizamabad: Central government's Field Outreach Bureau Assistant Director I Haribabu said yoga played a huge role in our ancestor's lifestyle to lead a healthy life. The Field Outreach Bureau under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting held yoga competitions on Thursday at Bala Bhavan in Nizamabad district. Haribabu said yoga is useful for students as it can help them with their education. Haribabu said, "we are delighted that the district administration has been conducting yoga class in the district.
