No electricity yet for borewell motor

Regode: Villagers of Paryaram on Monday questioned bill collector Narasimhulu, helpers Janardhan and Anjaneyulu why power supply connection was not given to borewell which was installed three months ago. They said the bore well was installed by gramapanchayat to solve the water scarcity problem in the village.

"But, the problem remains the same with no power connection to bore motor so far. We won't pay household electricity bill until the problem is solved," they added. When asked, officials of the electricity department said that they haven't got permission from higher officials yet. Narsing Rao, Raghu, Golla Gopal, Naresh, Kiran, Samail, Raju, Yesu and others were present.
