No one understands the Congress manifesto
Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) working president K T Rama Rao on Thursday said that people will not believe the manifesto of leaders who do not have any credibility.
In an informal interaction with media, K T Rama Rao talked about the party's chances in the coming elections. Rao said that no one is understanding what is there in the manifesto of the Congress and people will never believe the manifesto if the leader of the party does not have credibility.
The TRS leader criticised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. He said that people of Andhra Pradesh will not vote to Naidu if he curses TRS president K Chandrashekar Rao.
People of Andhra Pradesh have decided to give retirement to Chandrababu Naidu. "He is going so low in targeting the leaders of other parties. He will not get votes by cursing KCR.
Natives of Andhra will vote to TRS. They have voted the party in GHMC and recent Assembly elections and the seats which TRS won proves the argument," he said. He said that because of Naidu, TRS had to suffer loss instead of getting gains. Rao said that there are many reasons for denying tickets to the candidates.
He said that the party would give something to leaders like Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and A Sitaram Naik, who have been with the party. He said that Jitender Reddy was with the party till the tickets were given and later he alleged selling of tickets for Rs 200 crore.
The TRS leader asked what the BJP has done for Telangana so that people should vote for Kishan Reddy. The BJP took away post of the Central Minister from Bandaru Dattatreya, he said.
