Observe every Friday as Haritha Haram day: Bonthu Rammohan

The district officials were asked to observe every Friday as Haritha Haram day by the Mayor Bonthu Rammohan.

Speaking to the officials here at a meeting on Thursday, Rammohan directed the officials to take part in the programme which has a target of planting and distributing 50,000 saplings in a circle.

On the other hand, GHMC commissioner M Dana Kishore visited slaughterhouse at Amberpet and expressed dissatisfaction over the non-usage of advanced equipment even after the municipal corporation is spending Rs 22.15 crore on its development.
