Other states are ready to implement our policies, says KTR

Dandumalkapur: Telangana Municipal, IT Minister KT Rama Rao has inaugurated TSIIC-TIF-MSME Green Industrial Park at Dandumalkapur on Friday (November 1). Speaking on the occasion, Minister KTR said that under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, the top priority has given for generating employment by filling the vacant post in the government and by attracting investments in the private sector.

He said Telangana stood as a role model for the country in industrial policy in the form of TS-iPASS, which created more than 12 lakh employment and on the several times the state stood in the top position in the ease of doing business index.

As part of the industrial revolution, many innovative policies were implemented by the state government as nowhere in the country. Through single window concept TS-iPASS, the permissions for the companies are given in only 15 days.

If the permissions are not cleared within 15 days, then the 16th day is considered as a deemed approval and the concerned officer will be fined Rs 1,000 per day for the delay. KTR said. He added that Telangana is the only state which implements the Self Certification Scheme, where one can start a company without any approvals.

On the occasion, KTR recalled that in a recent meeting headed by the Union Minister Piyush Goyal which was also attended by other state ministers, where they appreciated TS-IPASS and urged us to cooperate in implementing it in there states. This shows that 'what Telangana does today, India will do from tomorrow'.

State Minister Guntakandla Jagadish Reddy, MLA Rajgopal Reddy, Telangana Industries Federation president K Sudhir Reddy, Sunitha Mahender Reddy, Rajya Sabha MP Badulgula Lingaiah Yadav, MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, MLC Alimineti Krishna Reddy, MLA Kancharla Bhupal Reddy, MLA Saidi Reddy, and other leaders have participated in the inaugural ceremony.
