Hyderabad: The Osmania University (OU) JAC students on Thursday filed a complaint against television reality programme Big Boss-3 with the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC).

They urged the SHRC to scrap the show as the organisers have been alleged of casting couch during the selection process.

The JAC students requested the SHRC to take action against the TV management which would telecast the show and actor Akkineni Nagarjuna who is set to host the show.

It may be mentioned here that on Wednesday, the OU JAC students threatened the organisers of the show and demanded that actor Nagarjuna step down from the show.

The students also threatened that they would attack the organisers and lay siege to actor Nagarjuna's residence in Jubilee Hills.

The controversy on Big Boss-3 started following journalist Swetha Reddy and actress Gayathri Gupta's complaints against the show organisers in Jubilee Hills and Raidurgam Police Stations respectively alleging casting couch during the show selection process.
