Patancheru: NCC cadets hold drive against plastic use

Patancheru: the Swachh Pakhwada programme being conducted by the NCC cadets of ZPHS School, BHEL, entered 9th day on Wednesday. As part of the programme NCC cadets conducted public awareness rally against the use of plastic and maintaining cleanliness in the surroundings, During the Awareness Rally, the students carried placards and raised slogans like "Green India ... Clean India ... Cleanliness is Next to Godliness... Don't use plastic."

The programme was organised by the NCC officer ZPHS BHEL, A Damodhar and Laxmi, chairperson of the school management committee, staff members Shankar Babu, Eswar Prasad, Benahur, Ambadas and teachers participated in the event. The entire campus was made plastic free by the efforts of the enthusiastic and environmentally aware cadets.
