Patancheru: TRS gets most posts in PACS elections

Patancheru: The elections of chairmen and vice-chairmen of four primary agricultural cooperative societies (PACS) in Patancheru constituency were conducted here peacefully. Ega Yadagiri Reddy and Pullayyagari Govardhan Reddy, both TRS, got elected as chairmen of Bhanoor and Rudraram cooperative societies respectively.

The election of Muthangi PACS chairman was deferred to Monday due to lack of quorum. Patlolla Raghavendra Reddy and Ramachandra (both TRS) were elected as chairman and vice-chairman respectively of Patancheru PACS. In Rudraram PACS, P Govardhan Reddy (TRS) and Shivanna (TRS) were elected as the chairman and vice-chairman respectively. In Bhanoor PACS, Kummari Yadagiri(Congress) was elected as the vice-chairman.

The others elected are as follows:

Patancheru: Raghavender Reddy, TRS (chairman) and K Ramchandar, TRS (vice-chairman)

Tellapur: Mallepalli Butchi Reddy, TRS (chairman), and Madhu, TRS (vice-chgairman)

Polakpalli: Yanagandla Gopal Reddy, TRS (chairman), and Thakur Balwir Singh, TRS (vice-chairman)

Vavilala: Sherikari Shankar Reddy, TRS (chairman), and Sandayyagari Vidya Nandan Rao, TRS (vice-chairperson)

Gummadidala: Nandyala Vishnuvardhan Reddy, TRS (chairman), and Samala Dayakar Reddy TRS (vice-chairman).

Later, both Govardhan Reddy and Yadagiri Reddy declared that they would develop their respective PACS with the cooperation of Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy. The legislator greeted the new chairmen, and urged them to ensure that PACSs be developed with the cooperation of all.
