Patrolling, Blue Colts told to utilise technology in Nirmal
Nirmal: Additional Superintendent of Police Dakshinamurthy instructed the patrolling, Blue Colt staff to utilise technology perfectly in solving criminal cases and in nabbing the criminals at the earliest and to develop confidence among the people on police department.
Speaking at a one-day training programme on Technological Knowledge at the Police Conference Hall in Nirmal on Wednesday, the ASP told the staff to respond immediately to the calls came to dial 100 and to protect victims immediately.
They were told to reach the victims as soon as possible. Most of the calls to Dial 100 are coming from women victims. It's our main duty to protect the lives and money of the people, he said. Dakshinamurthy told the police to identify crime-prone areas and take necessary action to prevent.
