Peddapalli: Governor likely to visit Kasulapalli today

Peddapalli: Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan is likely to visit Kasulapalli village of Peddapalli district on Wednesday (December 11). In view of that, District Collector Devasena along with other officials visited Kasulapalli village and inspected the arrangements. She ordered the officials concerned to make the Governor's tour programme a grand success.

Collector Devasena said that several programmes under Swachh Bharat Mission and under Pancha Sutralu were implemented perfectly in Kasupalli vilalge. The Governor will visit the village and inspects the implementation of these programmes taken up under Swachh Bharat mission and under Pancha Sutralu in the village.

The villagers had constructed soaking pits, toilets, developed kitchen garden and compost pit in each and every house in the village and they are keeping their surroundings neat and clean, she informed.

The Collector ordered the officials concerned to paint the prayer halls, hospital and community toilets along with cleaning them and to create festival like atmosphere in the village in view of Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan's visit on Wednesday.

Manager of Swachh Bharat mission Raghavulu, Swashakti women societies special officer Prem Kumar and local public representatives were among accompanied the Collector.
