Plant 5 trees to make village as forest: Collector
Nizamabad: District Collector M Rammohan Rao suggested the villagers to have a comprehensive discussion on the infrastructure to be developed by the State government. On Sunday, he visited Bapunagar village in Yedapally mandal as part of 30-day action plan.
He told the village secretary and the staff to identify priority items without missing the 30-day action plan. He told the officials concerned to take up total sanitation programme, to remove weeds, to clean sewer drains to prevent mosquitoes, and to maintain the surroundings clean and hygienic.
Asking the villagers to plant five trees in the premises of their houses, the Collector told them if they do so, their village will become like a forest. He assured to provide basic facilities to the cemetery.
