Poets body extends support to RTC agitation

Siddipet: 'Manjeera Rachayithala Sangham' (Marasam) conducted 'Kavi Sammelanam' programme at Siddipet RTC depot on Friday, as a support to RTC employees. 'Telangana Rachayithala Sangham' also joined them in the programme. K Anjayya, K Rajireddy and Dr Siddanki Yadagiri presented their poetries as a support to RTC employees.

Speaking on the occasion, they said, "Any issue will be solved with mutual discussion only. It is not a good idea to remove RTC workers from their services." Journalist association district president K Rangachary, TPTF state vice president Tirupathi Reddy, CPI secretary Mandha Pavan, DTF leader Satayya and employee union members participated in the programme.
