Police to move High Court as Ravi Prakash fails to cooperate

Hyderabad: Cyberabad Cybercrime police will submit all the evidence in the case relating to cheating and forgery case registered against former TV9 chief executive officer V Ravi Prakash in the High Court on Monday.

According to Cybercrime ACP Ch Y Srinivas Kumar, further investigation in the case would be conducted in accordance with the directions of the court.

He said the police had questioned Ravi Prakash for three consecutive days, but did not get any satisfactory information.

He said Ravi Prakash did not cooperate with the police and did not produce documentary evidence to substantiate his contention.

So, the police decided to submit all the electronic evidence seized during the searches and the information collected from the witnesses to the court on Monday.
