Karimnagar: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) working president and former MP Ponnam Prabhakar on Tuesday condemned the comments by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao against government employees.

He was speaking at press meet at R&B guest house in Karimnagar. "The Chief Minister is behaving as a monarch and thinks he can do and talk whatever he wants. He called the employees who are striving hard to take the welfare schemes to the public and for efficient functioning of government dog's tail," Ponnam said.

The Chief Minister is trying to deceive the people with his mesmerising words. He did not fulfil the promises he made to the people of Karimnagar district. "No need to transfer Karimnagar into a London or New York, but provide basic facilities to the people that is more than enough," he said.

K Chandrashekar Rao made surplus Telangana State into low budget State. Around Rs 3 crore lakh debts are against the State and he is deceiving the farmers and people by saying that he invested the money for welfare schemes and developmental activities.

It is time that people revolt against the TRS party and K Chandrashekar Rao. People who had given him power must take it back from him and must teach him a befitting lesson, he appealed.
