Private travels bus overturns in Hyderabad, 15 injured

Around 15 passengers were injured after a private travels bus overturned after ramming the vehicle into the median near Nehru Zoological Park in the early hours on Saturday under Bahadurapura police station limits.

According to the locals, the bus driver drove the vehicle in an inebriated state ensuing to the mishap. The injured were shifted to Osmania General Hospital (OGH) for treatment. It is learned that the driver supposed to drop the passengers at Afzal Gunj before which the mishap occurred.

The bus was heading to Hyderabad from Anantapur. The police registered a case and took the bus driver into custody.
