Some of the institutions are collecting huge amounts of money in the name of admission fee and tuition fee and are conducting entrance tests, which should be stopped immediately, he added.

Ravi Kumar Goud asked the officials to issue caste, income and local certificates to the students as early as possible without delay as it would be helpful for the students to seek admissions in higher educational institutions.

It is learnt that a few nursing colleges are collecting Rs 50,000 from students in the name of project reports. The issue will be taken to the notice of higher officials concerned so that they could take necessary action against such colleges, he said.
