Pupils told to emulate Prof Jayashankar

Singaram: Labour & Employment Minister Chamakura Malla Reddy today distributed textbooks and notebooks to the students at Medipally High School at K Singaram village in Medchal district. After unveiling a bust statue of Telangana ideologue Professor Jayashankar at the village, the minister distributed note and text books among the students.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the State government will follow footsteps of Professor Jayashankar to provide quality education to the poor. "Our aim is to follow the ideals of Jayashankar Sir and implement schemes of welfare and achieve all-round development in the State. It is our duty to provide better education and facilities to the students to ensure them better future and achieve their goals in future".

Malla Reddy said the KCR government was making unrelenting efforts to achieve the ideals of late Prof. Jayashankar. Local TRS leaders J Venkat Reddy, TRS State general secretary Sudhir Reddy, ZP Chairman Sharath Chandra Reddy, M Sanjiva Reddy and others were present.
