Rachakonda cops suspecting 'Ramji Nagar gang' behind Rs 58 lakh cash stealing in Vanasthalipuram on Tuesday
The Rachakonda police suspecting Ramji Nagar gang of Tamilnadu behind the Vanasthalipuram's attention diversion case on Tuesday in which they decamped with Rs 58 lakh cash belongs to a private bank while depositing it in the Axis Bank ATM at Panama Branch.
After starting the investigation based on the CCTV footage, police intensified their investigation by forming 20 teams to nab the offenders. They found that 6 to 8 members involved in the offence and after boarding an auto they traveled towards Dilsukhnagar. Later they moved towards Chennai on roadway.
Police by releasing the suspects photos alerted all the check posts and toll gates to nab the culprits. Police said the Ramji Nagar gang members are notorious in attention diversion thefts and they were indulged in 6 to 7 cases earlier in Hyderabad. Earlier many cases were registered against them in Bengaluru and Chennai.
