Rains likely to lash Hyderabad for next three days

The Hyderabad may witness scattered rains and thunderstorms over the next three days bringing relief to the people from the scorching heat. However, northern districts in the state will continue to reel under the heat wave till June 4, it is learned.

On Friday, the city saw a drop in the maximum temperature from 43.4 degrees to 40 degrees. According to the weathermen, it will be hot in the morning hours while rain or thundershowers may occur during evening or night.

The reason for the decrease in temperature is due to the rains in coastal Andhra.

On the other hand, the IMD issued heat wave warning to the districts like Adilabad, Nizamabad, Nirmal, Komaram Bheem, Jagtial, Medak, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Khammam and Bhadradri Kothagudem till June 4.
