Rains to continue in Telangana

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted rainfall across the Telangana. Rains to continue unabated in the districts like Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Sangareddy, Jagital, Siddipet, Sircilla, Medak, Vikarabad and Nizamabad, said IMD.

On Sunday, rains lashed the city leaving all the roads inundated which caused traffic snarls. Areas like Abids, Nampally, Basheerbagh, Begum Bazar, Himayat Nagar, Erragadda, Sanath Nagar, Ameerpet, Madura Nagar, Yousufguda, Gachibowli, Jeedimetla and several other areas witnessed heavy rainfall.

The state will witness light to Moderate rains and thundershowers at scattered places, said the weathermen.
