TRS leadership has organised a ration distribution programme

Rajendranagar: Much to the surprise of every Journalist in Rajendranagar the local TRS leadership has organised a ration distribution programme for scribes almost at the edge of the two-month-long lockdown.

Appreciating the role of journalists in combating Covid-19 in the state, MP Dr Ranjith Reddy said media people earned a good name by rendering valuable services in tackling the spread of the contagious virus. MLA T Prakash Goud said journalists played a vital role in bringing about awareness on the contagious virus at a time when the society was in deep trouble, and supported the efforts of government to stop the virus from spreading.

During the programme, ration kits each comprising 25 kg rice along with Rs 1000 cash were distributed among the scribes of Rajendranagar constituency.

Rangaredy Zilla Parishad chairperson Tegala Anita Reddy, Shamshabad Municipal Chairman K Sushma Mahendar Reddy, Bandlaguda Mayor Mahender Goud and ZPTC Tanviya Raju were preTelanganasent.
