Ravi Prakash custody petition adjourned to Oct 14

The Nampally Court on Friday adjourned the custody petition of TV9 former CEO Ravi Prakash to October 14.
The court which dealt with the petition filed by the Banjara Police seeking the custody of Ravi has adjourned it. Currently, Ravi Prakash is in judicial remand at Chanchalguda jail.
The Banjara Hills police arrested Ravi Prakash based on the complaint registered by the ABCL director G Singarao who alleged that the former has transferred huge amounts from the official accounts to his bank without the consent of the shareholders.
The court will hear the custody petition on Monday.
