Remand prisoner commits suicide in Hyderabad central jail

A prisoner was found dead with bed-sheet wrapped around his neck at the central jail in Cherlapally. The prisoner was identified as Maloth Chander is learned to have been in remand.

The police are probing all angles including suicide due to harassment from jailers or murder by the inmates. The body was shifted to morgue for post-mortem.
