Revanth accuses KCR of debilitating TSRTC in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Telangana Congress Working president and Malkajgiri MP A Revanth Reddy on Monday fired a salvo at Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao accusing him of deliberately weakening the TSRTC to benefit the private operators in the public transport sector in Telangana.
The Congress leader asked the State government as to why it didn't solve the problems of RTC employees despite the fact that the employees submitted a memorandum and sought KCR's active intervention 35 days ago. He warned the government that the Congress would not sit calm if 50,000 employees are removed from the services without considering their demands.
Revanth alleged that KCR is more interested in providing political opportunities to his family members rather than addressing the people's issues. The TRS government conspiring to destroy the RTC by inviting private operators in the busy routes which generates huge revenues.
