Rythu Mata, farmers' helping centre inaugurated
Karimnagar: Joint Collector GV Shyam Prasad Lal informed the government has established a helping centre – Rythu Mata - for the benefit of farmers to solve various land related issues.
The JC inaugurated the helping centre, set up in the first floor of the Collectorate building in Karimnagar on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, JC Shyam Prasad Lal said the helping centre will function during the government office hours, i.e., from 10.30 am to 5 pm. All the farmers, who have problems related to their lands, can dial the tollfree number 0878-2234731 and can convey their problems to the officials of the helping centre. One tahsildar and three senior assistants will be available to receive the calls from the farmers.
After coming to know about their problems, the officials concerned will suggest solutions to the farmers regarding their land problems, which can be solved within 48 hours, informed the Joint Collector.
District Collector Sarfaraz Ahmed will supervise the helping centre. The farmers must utilise the services provided through helping centre Rythu Mata, he appealed.
ZP CEO Venkat Madhava Rao, Revenue Divisional Officer N Anand Kumar, DM&HO Dr R Ram Manohar Rao, District Agriculture Officer Sridhar, Deputy director of Horticulture department Srinivas, DCO Manoj Kumar, marketing department DD Padmavati were present along with others.
