Sangareddy: Action sought against private school at Patancheru

Patancheru: Sangareddy District BC Students' Welfare Association president Balram on Thursday demanded stringent action against the management of Mapils School, located in Beeramguda, for making students stand for long after they failed to pay fee. He submitted a representation to MEO P P Rathod listing the demand, along with leaders of the association. Later, Rathod accused the school management of not only collecting high amounts as fee, but punishing from morning to the afternoon students for failing to remit the amounts, without giving information to their parents and sending them back home.

He questioned the school action wondering who would take responsibility if the students were affected by the punishment. He threatened to launch an agitation if no action was taken against the school.
