Save country from opportunists like Modi, KCR: Komati

Bhongir: Congress party Bhongir MP candidate Komatireddy Venkat Reddy stated that election fight was between the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party and added that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was no way connected with the Parliament elections.

On Monday, along with his brother and Munugodu MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy participated in road shows in Bhongir town.

Addressing the people, Venkat Reddy stated that Rs 5 crore were sanctioned for the development of NIMS, but development of NIMS was halted due to negligence of MP Boora Narsaiah Goud.

The tampering of Electronic Voting Machines, money power are the main reasons behind his defeat from Nalgonda Assembly, he underlined.

He assured to provide bus depot in Bhongir, halt of all trains at Bhongir railway station, speeding up MMTS works and establishment of IT corridor in Bhongir parliament jurisdiction in order to provide employment to local youth.

He reiterated that AICC chief Rahul Gandhi's aid of Rs 6,000 per month under Nyuntam Aay Yojana (NYAY) programme would bring a new lease of life to poor people of the country.

Munugodu MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy fired salvos at Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao over his failures and pending promises during the previous elections.

He said it is historic need to support Congress in the upcoming Parliament elections to save the country from communal forces like BJP and opportunist leaders like KCR.

In this programme, DCC president Kumbam Anil Kumar Reddy, party local leaders, workers and town participated.
