SC to hear plea on Hyderabad encounter on Dec 18

The Supreme Court on Monday adjourned the petition on Hyderabad encounter on December 18.
Chief Justice SA Bobde who is dealing with the case said that the court will examine what is being monitored by the Telangana High Court.
Two advocates GS Mani and Pradeep Kumar Yadav filed the petitions seeking FIR against the policemen who gunned down the four accused in Hyderabad veterinary doctor. In the plea, the advocates also asked the court to investigate the case by CBI, SIT, CID or a team of police officers from other states.
On the other hand, the country's apex court also stayed the proceedings initiated by Telangana High Court and National Human Rights Commission on the encounter.
