SCR GM inspects Railway Training Institutes and Educational Institutions

Hyderabad: South Central Railway (SCR) General Manager Gajanan Mallya inspected the Railway Training Institutes and Educational Institutions located in Headquarters area on Tuesday. He was accompanied by Principal Heads of Departments and Divisional Railway Manager, Hyderabad Division during the inspection.

Commencing the inspection, Gajanan Mallya visited the Railway Boys High School and Girls High School premises at Lallaguda and discussed on plans for utilizing the premises for providing advanced training facilities. He visited Railway Mixed High School at South Lallaguda and interacted with school children, he discussed with officials on the plans to improve infrastructural facilities. He inspected the Electrical Traction Training Centre and its hostel at South Lallaguda and discussed on development of various training modules to the staff.

The General Manager also inspected Railway Junior College and Degree College located at Tanaka and held a detailed review to improve facilities including laboratory etc. Later, the General Manager inspected the Zonal Civil Engineering Institute; Traffic Training Centre and Area Training Centre located at Kacheguda and inquired on training programs and infrastructural facility available.

Principal Chief Personnel Officer N.V.Ramana Reddy and other officials were present during the inspection.
