Secunderabad: Women's Day celebrations held

Secunderabad: Cantonment Board member for 6th ward Pandu Yadav said that any nation progress only when women excel in every field. He was speaking at International women's day celebrations held at Sitaramuram of Bowenpally division on Sunday evening. He and his wife Vidyavathi participated in the celebrations. Later, the couple distributed prizes to winners of various games and competitions held on the occasion.

Cantonment Board member of 1st ward Jakkula Maheshwar Reddy also organised women's day programme at Bowenpally. Various games and competitions were held as part of celebrations. Jakkula Maheshwar Reddy, speaking on the occasion, promised to strive for women welfare. He distributed prizes to winners of various competitions held on the occasion.
