Security guard hangs self inside school in Hyderabad

A school security guard hanged himself to the ceiling of a classroom on Thursday here at Humayun Nagar in the city.

B Srinivas (30), a resident of Asifnagar was working as a security guard at Narayana School in Humayun Nagar. According to the police, Srinivas went to the school around 8 am and hanged himself from the ceiling fan with a rope inside a classroom.

The school staff informed the police after noticing him hanging. The police registered a case and sent his body to Osmania General Hospital for an autopsy.

Srinivas is learned to have gone into depression over some household issues and might have committed suicide for the same reason, said the police.
