Sircilla: Provide education, health, jobs, Dalitha Shakthi demands
Sircilla: Dalitha Shakthi Sangham district convenor Tarre Mahipal Maharaj on Monday demanded the government to provide education, health and employment to the people for building a better society.
The members of the organisation took out a rally from local bus stand to the Collectorate here in protest against the government for not providing education, health and employment to the people. They submitted a memorandum to District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar and State Chief Secretary and tahsildars of all mandals in the district.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahipal Maharaj alleged that even after formation of separate Telangana State, the government has utterly failed in providing the three basic needs to the people belonging to SC, ST, BC and OBC communities free of cost. Many people belonging to weaker sections are facing lot of hardships due to lack of proper education to them and dying even to mild diseases unable to bear the cost involved in getting medical treatment and due to lack of employment opportunities.
It is the minimum responsibility of the government to provide education, health and employment to the people. But the State government is least bothered about the public issues, Mahipal Maharaj criticised. He demanded the government to provide quality education like that of corporate educational institutions to the people belonging to weaker sections along with providing better medical services in all the government schools and employment opportunities to the unemployed youth.
