Slight fall in night temperatures

Medak: The night temperature in Medak fell slightly to 17.8 degrees Celsius during the last 24 hours, ending at 8.30 am on Wednesday. The Met department bulletin said.

The lowest minimum temperature in the State of 15.6 degrees Celsius was recorded in Adilabad, as against 17.2 deg C the previous day. Night temperatures recorded in degree Celsius are: Nalgonda (18), Khammam (18.6), Dundigal (19.1), Hanamkonda (19.2), Hakimpet (19.4), Ramagundam (19.4), Nizamabad (20.2), Mahbubnagar (20.4), Hyderabad (20.6) and Bhadrachalam (21.3).

The night temperatures recorded an appreciable fall ranging from 2.1 to 4 degrees Celsius in some parts of the State. They were markedly above normal by 5 deg C or more in some parts and appreciably above normal by 3.1 to 5 degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile, the forecast said dry weather is likely to prevail over Telangana from December 5 to 8. No large change during the period December 9-11 is the weather outlook.
