SP Narayana reviews road safety measures in Vikarabad

Vikarabad: District Superintendent of Police M Narayana held a review meeting on road safety at the district police headquarters on Thursday. He enquired with the staff from every police station on what measures were being taken to improve road safety. He directed officials to take steps to reduce road accidents. "Accident Resolution Team should identify accident-prone areas and study the causes of road accidents in those particular spots. Police cultural troupe should sensitise students and people on the disadvantages of driving vehicles under the influence of alcohol and other safety rules," he added. Additional SP MA Rasheed, DSP Sanjeeva Rao, pargi DSP Srinivas, Tandur DSP Lakshmi Narayana and others were present.
