Split in cabinet over TSRTC strike: Revanth Reddy
A split in the cabinet over TSRTC strike is seen after several ministers remained tight-lipped over the stir, said Congress working president and MP Revanth Reddy.
Speaking to media at the residence of Congress leader Patel Ramesh Reddy, Revanth said that the Huzurnagar by-election will direct the future of the Telangana amidst the RTC strike. He lashed out at the ruling party as to why it is speaking about RTC merger with government and why not it's privatisation when both are not included in the manifesto.
He further asked the government to explain as to why it is collecting 27 per cent fuel tax for TSRTC and one per cent to airbus.
Revanth also said that KCR does not have the power to self-dismiss RTC employees. He is responsible for the suicide of RTC employees, Revanth added.
