Sports meet for journos

Hanamkonda: The Warangal Press Club to organise its annual sports meet for journalists from May 2 to 20, Press Club president Thumma Sridhar Reddy said.

Disclosing the details, he said that sporting events include cricket, volleyball, chess, caroms and badminton.

"Those journalists who are interested to take part in the competitions need to register their names at the Press Club before April 30," Reddy said.

It's mandatory that journalists who are members of Warangal Press Club are only allowed to take part in the competitions, he added.
