Start Haritha Haram from today: Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu

Asifabad: Komaram Bheem Asifabad District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu instructed the district officials of concerned departments to clear all the grievances received through Prajavani programme.

He received grievances from the public during Prajavani programmne at the Collector conference hall in Asifabad on Monday.

Gouraiah of Wankidi mandal, requested the Collector to provide old age pension to him while Peddinti Madhava Rao of Boregaon village in Kagaznagar mandal submitted a representation urging to provide artiste pension. Istari Bai of Kammergaon village of Penchikalpet mandal asked the officials to issue pattadar passbook to her. Bandla Mallanna of Koutala village urged the Collector to transfer the title of pattadar passbook from his late father's name to his name. A total of 55 grievances have been received during the Prajavani programme.

Later addressing the district officials, the Collector instructed them to start plantation programme village-wise under Haritha Haram from Tuesday (July 23). He wanted the officials concerned to get the saplings from nurseries and instructed the ZPTC and MPTCs to focus on afforestation works.

Joint Collector, forest officer Laxman, Ranjeet Naik and others were present.
