State awards to police personnel announced

Hyderabad: State government on Saturday announced awards to police persons to be presented on the State Formation Day on Monday.

Mukhyamantri Sarvonnatta Police Pathaakam has been awarded to M Ramana Kumar, Additional Superintendent of Police, Anti- Corruption Bureau, M Gangadhar, Inspector of Police, Cyberabad, and M Sridhar Reddy, Inspector of Police, IT Cell, Rachakonda.

These awards will be handed by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on the eve of Telangana State formation day.

The government also announced Shourya Pathakam for 10 policemen, Mahonnatha Seva Pathakam for 14 personnel, Uttama Seva Pathakam for 89, Katina Seva Pathakam for 47, and Seva Pathakam for 461.

In the Special Protection Force wing, three personnel bagged Uttama Seva Pathakam and 15 got Seva Pathakam.

In Disaster Response and Fire Services, Shourya Pathakam to be awarded for three, Mahonnatha Seva Pathakam for 1, Uttama Seva Pathakam for three and Fire Seva Pathakam for 14 personnel.

In Vigilance and Enforcement Department, Mahonnatha Seva Pathakam for two, Uttama Seva Pathakam for two and Seva Pathakam for four and in Anti-Corruption Bureau Uttama Seva Pathakam for four and Seva Pathakam for five personnel have been announced.
