Stone laid for TRS district offices in Nalgonda
Nalgonda/Suryapet/Bhongir: As part of Statewide programme, the leaders and cadre of Telangana Rashtra Samithi participated enthusiastically in foundation stone laying for party district offices in Nalgonda, Suryapet and Yadadri–Bhongir districts on Monday.
In Nalgonda and Yadadri–Bhongir districts, Zilla Parishad Chairmen Banda Narender Reddy and Alimineti Sandeep Reddy respectively led the programme, while in Suryapet, Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy laid the foundation stone.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Jagadish Reddy said overcoming many hurdles and insults, the TRS party under the leadership of party chief K Chandrashekar Rao strived for 19-long years to achieve separate statehood for Telangana.
Working with same spirit, the Chief Minister has been working hard for the rapid progress of the State in all aspects, he said, adding that people from all sections of the society were getting benefits through welfare programmes implemented by the State government.
"Lifestyle of people has changed considerably under the TRS government in the last five years," he added.
He informed that construction of party offices would be finished by Dasara festival and inauguration would be done in a big way.
Party MLAs, MLCs, leaders and workers participated in the programmes.
