Stones laid for development works in Shapally

Narketpally (Nalgonda): Nalgonda Zilla Parishad chairman Banda Narender Reddy stated that the State government was committed to provide infrastructure facilities in villages and all government schools.

On Monday, Narender Reddy, along with Nakrekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah and MLC Karne Prabhakar, laid foundation stones for development works of worth Rs 1.10 crore at Shapally village and inaugurated additional classrooms in government school at Nakkalapally village of Narketpally mandal in the district.

Speaking on the occasion, he said government was committed to provide necessary infrastructure and buildings in rural areas on par with towns in the interest of people.

He informed that the image of government schools was restored in the State in the last five years after TRS came to power in 2014.

State government's Gurukul schools for neglected sections have been providing quality education and good food to the students and helping them realise their dreams.

Nakrekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah stated that people of rural areas were feeling happy under TRS ruling and expressing their pleasure for providing sufficient infrastructure to villages.

In these programmes, local public representatives and party leaders participated.
