Stones laid for works worth 10 crore in Yadagirigutta town
Yadagirigutta: Aler MLA and Government Whip Gongidi Sunitha stated that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was paying special attention towards the development of Yadagirigutta. On Wednesday, she laid foundation stones for development works worth Rs 10 crore in the Yadagirigutta town.
Speaking on the occasion, Sunitha said the government while developing Yadadri as a world-class devotional place has also sanctioned Rs 20 crore to the Yadagirigutta municipality to improve facilities in the region.
"The Chief Minister has emphasized several times on the need to develop Yadagirigutta in the interest of devotees who come from different parts of the country," the MLA said, adding that Yadagirigutta would be developed with all amenities as per the expectations of the Chief Minister.
Stating that local youth and people were getting employment with the development of Yadadri shrine where over Rs 200 crore had already been spent, she informed that Yadagirigutta would be developed as a role model municipality in the State with sufficient funding from the State government.
Telangana Rashtra Samithi leader Gongidi Mahender Reddy, Yadagiri Goud, K Venkataiah, ZPTC Totakuri Anuradha, K Anjaneyulu, Sudha Rani, Anuradha, Sudha Hemender, Ramya and others accompanied the MLA.
