Students told to seek scholarships via e-pass

Vikarabad: District Collector Ayesha Masrat Khanam said students from class 5 to 10 belong to SC, ST, BC, Minorities should enrol their details through e-pass so that they would get scholarships during their academic years.

She was the chief guest for the awareness programme held on pre-metric scholarships by DTWO Kotaji, here at Ambedkar Bhavan on Wednesday. The Collector said Rs 2, 500 for class 8 and Rs 4, 500 for class 9 and 10 will be deposited directly into student's accounts.

She urged students to avail the opportunity. DRO Mothilal, DEO Renukadevi, DBCWO Pushpalatha, DSCDO Vijayalakshmi, official for the disabled Jyotsna, MEOs and Headmasters were present.
