Surveyor in ACB net : Mancherial

Mancherial: Anti-Corruption Bureau sleuths trapped a surveyor, while accepting bribe from a farmer at Jannaram Tahsildar office on Thursday.

According to ACB officials, the tainted officer, Srinivas, is working as mandal surveyor at Jannaram Tahsildar office, Mancherial district. Vinod, a farmer from Chintaguda village, Jannaram mandal, approached Srinivas for taking the measurements of his fish tank. The officer demanded Vinod a bribe of Rs 3,000.

Acting on Vinod's complaint, the ACB officials caught Srinivas red-handed and arrested him and recovered the money.
